Remention is an AI-driven platform that identifies opportunities for businesses to engage in online conversations by monitoring social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit). The service includes AI-powered conversation monitoring, opportunity identification, and response generation tools designed to enhance your product's online presence.

3. User Accounts and Access

You must maintain accurate account information at all times
User roles are divided into Admin and Member, each with specific access permissions
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account
Sharing of accounts between multiple users is strictly prohibited

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Service access is provided through subscription tiers, each with specific limitations on workspaces, projects, keywords, AI-generated replies, and social platform integrations. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You agree to maintain valid payment information for your chosen subscription plan.

5. Usage Restrictions

You must not engage in spamming or automated mass-posting activities
Misuse of AI-generated responses for deceptive marketing is prohibited
You must comply with all social media platforms' terms of service
Any attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI models is prohibited

6. Intellectual Property

While you retain ownership of your content, Remention maintains ownership of its AI technology, algorithms, and platform features. AI-generated responses are provided under a limited license for your business use. You grant Remention the right to analyze your usage patterns to improve our services.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

Remention provides no guarantees regarding social media engagement levels, AI response accuracy, or platform availability. We maintain a target of 99.9% uptime but are not liable for any service interruptions or resulting business losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Remention AI is legally registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority in that jurisdiction.
